Monday August 21st we head to Western Hills Country Club in Chino Hills,

with a 9:00am shotgun start.

 

The Open Players will be playing the White Tees at 6401 yards with a slope of 71.1/127 and the Seniors Players will be playing the Gold Tees at 5858 yards with a slope of 68.6/121.  That snack shop will be open as well as the bar during the round.  There is not a beverage cart, so stock up in the snack bar before the round and at the turn. The driving range will be open and practice balls ARE included with your entry fee.  Western Hills CC, is a private club that runs through the canyons with tree lined fairways, lakes and elevation changes that make it a great test of your golf skills.

EVENT REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS

 

On the event registration page, you will be presented with two options;

• 23XX – Course Name - Payment via Other Means
• 23XX – Course Name – Payment via Credit / Debit Card

At this point you must decide how you will be paying your event fees.

• If you will be paying your event fees via; Cash App, Check, F&A Transfer, Venmo or Zelle; chose the “Payment via Other Means” option.
• If you will be paying your event fees via Credit / Debit Card chose the “Payment via Credit / Debit” option.

After completing the Credit Card information section;

• Click the “Pay” button if you will be paying your fees via a Credit / Debit Card.

LACFGA MEMBERSHIP

 

LACFGA was established, January 1958, to provide a place for L.A. County Firefighters to get together to enjoy a round of golf, some friendly competition and comradery.

 

Membership was later extended to firefighter family members and friends, which we had continued to honor until last year.

 

Last year the Board noticed that due to the resurgence in popularity of golf and most of our events sell out, many of our members who wanted to play in our events were being left out.

 

At that time, we made the decision to go back to limiting new LACFGA membership to Active & Retired L.A. County Firefighters.

 

We are continuing to monitor our events and will make adjustments/changes to this policy when we see a need.

 

A membership waitlist has been established for those family members and friends of current members that have an interest in joining LACFGA.  (Contact one of the Board Members)
